Physical training is the first pillar.
Whether you're looking to lose fat,
build muscle or boost your energy
levels, it all starts with the body's
ability to perform physical work.

Before we start any type of training
you will be subjected to different
assessments to determine
your starting point.

I always say that If you're not
assessing you're guessing.
Based on these assessments
you will receive your first
fully customized training plan.

No standard programs or protocols.
You will receive a training plan
that meets your needs and is
adapted to your personality.
Based on your goals, training
experience and availabilities
you will be able to train online or with
me by your side in a 1 on 1 setting.

Nutrition is the second pillar. To feel energized, have a sharp focus, achieve optimal body composition or simply be able to perform at the highest level in life, one should eat the right things at the right time.

The importance of healthy nutrition is becoming more and more obvious to the public. Not only does it provide the building blocks for all cells in our body, it also is the safest form of medicine. In this sense you truly become what you eat.


Nutrition is so much more then it seems. It’s part of our culture, our social circle and it’s embedded within each society in its unique way.
Since each body is different, the need for a customized approach is highly recommend to ensure performance and  long lasting results.

No crash diets, magic formulas or wonderpills, when it comes to nutrition
there is no one-size-fits-all.
That's why after your initial assessments I will create specific food guidelines
that are sustainable and will benefit your body and mind to perform at the highest level.


My ultimate goal is to educate you on which type of foods will benefit you and

which ones you should avoid. It is this level of education that will allow you to make your own choices instead of following some diet that will ultimately fail you.
